Common questions.
What is an AI token?
A token is roughly three quarters of a word. A typical request for a few social posts uses 600 to 1,500 tokens, including your brief and the generated text.
Does Hancrop Studio post to social networks for me?
Not yet. You plan posts on the calendar and we email you a reminder with the copy ready to publish. Direct publishing to social networks is on our roadmap.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who processes payments?
Creem acts as our merchant of record. Creem handles payments, VAT and invoices, and your receipts come from Creem.
Who owns the content I generate?
You do. You can use the content you generate for any lawful purpose, as set out in our Terms of Service.
What happens when I reach my monthly token limit?
Generation pauses until the 1st of the next month, or you can upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. Your calendar and reminders keep working.
